FLTSATCOM-8 (USA-46)

FLTSATCOM (also FLTSAT) is a satellite communication system controlled by the U.S. Space Force (formally SPAWARSYSCOM) which was used for UHF radio communications between ships, submarines, airplanes, and ground stations of the Navy.
