One of the four grid fins on the 1st stage of the Falcon 9 failed. As a result the booster was unable to land at Landing Zone 1, instead, it landed in the sea off of the coast of Florida. It was taken back to shore and scrapped.
SpaceX CRS-16, also known as SpX-16, is a Commercial Resupply Service mission to the International Space Station. Dragon was berthed to the station for 36 days before it successfully returned to Earth. 2,573kg of cargo were brought to the station, 1,598kg pressurized, 975kg unpressurized.
