The Long March 3 is a Chinese orbital carrier rocket design. They are launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center – typically launching satellites to geostationary transfer orbits. The rocket has received heavy criticism for dropping its rocket boosters on populated areas. The Chinese government claims that these areas are evacuated before flight but videos have surfaced on the internet appearing to show otherwise.
