First launch of humans from Cape Canaveral SFS since Apollo 7 in October 1968, and first launch of humans from SLC-41. Undocked and landed without crew on board on 7 September 2024 due to concerns with service module RCS thrusters control, with the crew reassigned to Expedition 72 and landing on Dragon Crew-9.
